How do you pronounce Rowling?

The other day I watched the DVD promo thing that the Leaky Cauldron website posted. Anyways, I was shocked to hear that it pronounced Rowling as "Row-ling" as in "Cow". I always pronounced it like "Rowl-ing" like Bowl.

I always pronounced it like "raw-ling" - 'cos that's how I've always heard it. Honestly I dunno how it's pronounced! We're probably all wrong! :D

I've heard people pronounce it "Roe-ling" Like, Roe, roe, roe your boat gently down the stream....

I do it the way your DVD thing pronounced it: Row-ling.

It's pronounced Rolling as in Rolling Pin.

She was bullied at school because of her surname, and got called, Rolling Pin, and Rolling Stone..

I was putting the emphasis on "Gam" and then saying "bon" like "bun", as in a hamburger bun. :D

oh and for once... i agree with colli ;) that's how i pronounce gambon too...
