nightmares - god i'm dreaming about the sodding things now!

had a horrible dream last night.... i dreamt POA was out and i went to watch it with some friends.... well... it was aawfull... there was no trelawny... no lupin.... no shrieking shack..... the whole film was harry running around in his invisibility cloak and throwing mud at malfoy... and whilst this was funny and possibly had something to do with my reading that section of the book last night..... it wasn't the film i wanted it to be..... and there was no sirius! not till the very end... when ron and harry locked hermione in a cupboard... and there was a dog in there... but it was a black labrodor... not a big, black, shaggy, snarling thing like i want snuffles to be!!! the film ended with hermione screaming, the dog rolling on the floor for it's tummy to be tickled, and harry and ron laughing hysterically....


so that was my nightmare version of the film.... what would yours be???

OMG! No Sirius??? THAT'S ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! ACK!

I do not know what I would dream about... Once, though, before it was announced when the fifth book would come out, I dreamed JK Rowling had the book and held it out at arms length, grinning at me. So I grabbed for it and she pulled it away. So I began to chase her and eventually she stood on a chair and I was leaping up at it like a dog for a treat and she was laughing her head off...

But honestly.... No Sirius? What would PoA... Or Gof... Or OotP for that matter... Be without Sirius??? What would ANYTHING be without Sirius? Oh, It's just too hard to imagine....

And Lupin! Poor Remus!

Actually, couple nights ago, I was fanfic!Ginny in my dream... and there were fanfic!Draco and fanfic!Harry there (guess where I stole them? DT of course :D) but they were both all mine in the dream...

until they died.

And I think I've dreamed HP fanfic dreams for last week. And nightmares, every night...

I had a dream that OotP was out, and I was reading it, and it had a red cover. But I don't remember what happening in the book, I remember actually LEAVING the book to go do something else, and then I remember thinking "Wait, I'm supposed to be going to see Phantom of the Opera. This must be a dream"... and then I changed dreams. :D

That led to a dream about Alan Rickman... but this is a PG forum. :o

I had a freaky HP dream! :D


Well, I was wondering around my school libary, which had a complete makeover, (it was big and had books!) and I went over to the Harry Potter section and then looked out the window and saw that Mexican director and his film crew! They cast me as an extra to stand there and smile.

Then, I looked over to a hill and saw Sirius! Who had a plait going across this forhead, and his hair was lighr brown and bushy, not all tangly and black...

Can't remember what happened next... erm, I got in a car for some odd reason and started to drive around this muddy place looking for Sirius...

It was weird... Do not write Sirius/Remus slash at 4.15am and listen to Coldplay, it gives you freaky dreams! :D

I dreamed in English now - well, I think I've been dreaming in English for a while - but now was the first time I remembered it in the morning.

That's said to be the thing that makes you fluent in the language ;)

gosh, had a full-blown hp dream last night, well, this morning as i didn't go to bed until 4am and i got up at 8am to go to work.... where i am now, bored out of my skull and still with 5and a half hours to go.....


anyway, to the dream! i dreamt me and my mum and my sister where walking round leavesden stuidios (where elfea and i went the other week) and i was trying to show my sister a good view of the knight bus... well we rounded one corner and found the knightbus parked right next to the fence... and fran(my sister) was cooing over it and my mum handed me her camera to take pictures and i was zooming in on the lettering, but it was all in french... well my dream version of french in which 'all destinations' was written as 'beaucoup le destinationes' ... i'm well aware that's barely french... don't trout me, it was a dream!!! anyway, i was taking pictures and getting excited saying this must be a different knight bus and be some plotline that noone had heard about and that the pictures would be worth a fortune! and there was a crest on the front of the bus that said 'beaubatons' so i was really excited....

then for some reason, the fence disappeared, and we walked onto th bus, except inside it wasn't the bus it was like a large caravan.... and my dad was there... except he wasn't my dad, he was a camp interior designer. the caravan only had one room, a small bedroom filled with a big double bed, and a really long corridor in which we were all standing and in which was the front door, which incidently looked like any normal front door... and this camp designer fellow who strangely resembled my father kept saying he didn't know the difference between damask and mauve... and i kept saying they were both purple... and kept looking into the bedroom which was pure white, and in the corridor there was a great big stack of all these beautiful silks and gauzes and all different colours of purple and pinks and blues....

then for some reason i opened the front door and walked out, and there was lots of people outside on the front lawn, and someone, a very tall man resembling michael gambon in gosford park ,was holding his hand out to me and smiling and saying, 'ah there you are, we've been waiting for you' and i looked around and there were all these people in the crowd standing and smiling at me and waving, remus and sirius, but strangely padfoot and well and harry and ron and hermione and draco and dumbledore and everyone! and then i looked behind me and it wasn't the knight bus i had come out of or a caravan, it was number 4 privet drive, and there was a big banner stretched over the roof saying congratualtions and lots of balloons floating around.....


.... and then i woke up!

Sounds like it was pretty cool though! Question: what color is damask? I always thought it was a fabric of a certain type, not a color.

So, did you actually read in your dream? They say you can't, but I've done it at least twice myself. Another interesting thing they say is that women dream more often in color than men. Go figure:)

I dreamed being Harry again last night.
Except this time, I was kid Harry! At one point.. .the dream included losing dad (just disappeared...) when we came from train and then going towards someone nice, who I had met in the future, timetravelling... gah. Weird dream.
I also organised my sock drawer in it. And glaelia was crying... :( Can't remember why she was crying. Must have been in the other part of the dream, when I lived in a lovely house with my sister who was my sister but also glaelia... gah.

When I was little, about six, I had a dream that me and my friends were stuck in my mum's tummy, and we couldn't get out! It was really disturbing and weird....

I always had this reaccuring dream when I went to school with no shoes on, and only noticed half way there that I had no shoes on...

Yeah, it was cool! I don't remember the original series very well at all, though I remember really being into it: I had a talking book of it, and also a Voltron eraser set where all the cat erasers could be joined together to make the big Voltron! Super cool! Not as cool as one of my childhood buddies though, who had the full size toy cats that could be made into the set... geez, that was awesome! :notworthy:

Transformers was okay: I actually don't remember that all that well either, but I know I have a couple of Transformers around somewheres. I think the good guys got on my nerves a bit: I think I had a toy of one of the baddies. :)

Hey, do you remember that show MASK, lithorose? Where they had that computer that specially picked different agents for different assignments based on their skills, and they had those secret watches ala power rangers? That was neat too: I remember way too much about some stuff, LOL!

I remember it had a cool introduction; but that's about it. My mom recorded them all on Beta too;) Ah, so much of my childhood revolves around television shows! (and related merchandising;))

You wouldn't happen to have heard about an old show called 'Beans Baxter', would you? I've never talked to anyone else that has. It was about a kid who does some detective work; mostly I just remember the heavy metal dude with the filed teeth like a vampire!:D

I had my first war nightmare last night :( It was also mixed with football though....

I was on the bus going home from school, and as I got off for my stop, I tripped over and yelled "Fudge (my forum word for the f word ;) ) Arsenal!" then a man said to me "Haha Arsenal won, Chelsea lost."

Angry, I got off the bus, and when I got in my mum sat me down and said "Bad news Carrie. Chelsea lost the football match against Arsenal. So we're going to war with Arsenal." Shocked, I looked out the window and saw bomber plans dropping bombs on the park...

It was disturbing... I think about a football match Chelsea (my team....) lost last night and the war....
