Ok, I read this at the Leaky Cauldron (the website ;)), and I thought it was really neat.

There's a fan who's collecting letters to JKR from fans that are older teens (14 and older) and adults and sending them to her in a big box, decorated Potter-style. I think it's to let Ms Rowling know that there are tons of fans that are older than the ages that are targeted...

Anyway, I think it's a really awesome idea and I wanted to share it with you all so you can hurry up and send your letter in (there's a time limit.. and the girl/guy is only sending in as many letters as will fit). Chances are, if Ms Rowling gets a big box with a ribbon and green lettering, she'll take the time to read the letters. ;)

Yeah, either that, or her big security guards will think it's a mail bomb.

I think that's a great idea, though.

My friend and I sent a letter to JK Rowling once two years ago on our own. Nothing ever came of it. But this is more likely.
