View Full Version : Fresh from the film set!

I just got back from the film set about 20 mins ago!

I got there at 2pm, but they hadn't started filming, there were cameras and lights and cranes all around the place! So we went off driving round London and then went out to dinner, then went back as it was dark.

We parked, made our way to Borough Market, and there it was.

THE KNIGHT BUS!

It was so freaky! It was just standing there, tall and narrow, purple, and weird...

Then it started to move! They were filming and it looked like it'd topple over because it was going quite fast around this corner!

Then I turned to my right, and saw Daniel Radcliffe walking wearing a big black coat being escorted away from the film set. He's a lot taller in real life, and his hair was MESSY AND BLACK. I was in shock!

We were then escorted away because they were doing a shot on the bit of road we were standing on. I walked past the Knight Bus, and then I saw Lizo from Newsround (whose a lot shorter in real life!) I then got trapped amonst hyperactive Americans.

I then saw the person who plays Ernie, the driver. He had very weird white sticky up hair!

Eventually, my mum and dad got bored of standing around, in the cold, so we me home...

That's so awesome you actually got to SEE some people! I've never seen anyone famous in my life. *pouts*

That must have been amazing :D

I cant believe your mum and dad made you leave, do they not understand the importance of Harry Potter and looking around the film set and seeing the actors ;)

I like the fact that the bus says all destinations on it, it looks very impressive :D :D :D

Wow! How cool, Fleur :D I can't believe you saw Daniel Radcliffe ... and the knight bus :) But sadly I can't see the pictures :(

Okay, before I can decide if Daniel Radcliffe looks taller in real life, I have to know how tall you are, FleurD. :LOL:

Oh dear Pengi, try copy and paste into a window thing, that might work, Image Station goes weird sometimes... :rolleyes:

I'm 5ft7, but he was the same height has the scary bodyguard bloke! :D

Oh, they're working now! The knight bus looks great! Dangerous too :D I wouldn't like to be riding in the top of it...

we may have to add to it... i tried to see if there were any harris' in the cast and crew... but there aren't! *sigh*.... if only he was still alive!

fleur, if they do anymore filming in your area, or you hear of anything else, will you let us know, pretty please? especially if it's next weekend, or monday/tuesday!! thankee :D :D

Wow, that means he's taller then I am! Is there nothing sacred, curses for being short! Your parents made you leave?! I'd hang around till they packed up and left, hell id offer to help them pack up the equipment. Wow...your really very lucky. Congrats, your the first to take a step into the Harry Potter world. :D :cool:

"Got trapped amongst hyperactive Americans" hee, hee, what does THAT mean? I guess we are a bit manic (See SW sites) but "trapped"? OK, I guess I can see that. After all, you don't definitely want to be around Memphis during the King's birthday. But you saw some footage...that's cool. And THIS American says, carry on. And tell us "manic" Americans all we can't see...we're not there....lucky you!

Something really weird has happened! I was browsing HP sites, and I found my MUM'S ARM and my BABY BROTHERS HEAD!

Your guys are really lucky, and you got some great shots. I wonder how that thing doesn;t tip on turns?
