New Meanings

This thread is for quotes or passages that take on new meanings once you've read farther into the series. These can be deep or even just silly. Here's an example from PS/SS Ch. 12:

The lake froze solid and the Weasley twins were punished for bewitching several snowballs so that they followed Quirrell around, bouncing off the back of his turban.

Freg and George were actually throwing snowballs at Voldemort! :eek: :D

And similarly:

The hook-nosed teacher looked past Quirrell's turban straight into Harry's eyes and a sharp, hot pain shot across the scar on Harry's forehead.
