I know you all have at least one favorite actress or actor.

Anyway for me I like Alexis Bledel because she is a good person and shes not Brittney Spears wanable crap. She is a modest smart woman who is funny. I also like Micheal Vartan hands down he is totally :swoon: :swoon: worthy. Jennifer Garner is also a respectable women. Hugh Grant is an
etrememly funny man and I love his accent :swoon:. Viggo Mortenson brings Aragorn to real and is so incredible my eyes pop right out mf my head. and Sean Astin :notworthy :swoon: :swoon: is the sweetest man you 'll ever met I have met his daughter Ally. He gave someone in are group a hug ahhhhhhhhhh he just makes my day.

Anyway, Who do you like?

I have plenty.

Actors:

Jason Isaacs
He's good-looking and totally brilliant. Anyone he plays is completely believable.

Hugh Jackman
I first saw him in Kate and Leopold and loved him. When I saw him in X-men, it only made me love him more and admire how he can go from a perfect gentleman to a mad beserker.

Heath Ledger
Totally brilliant. I admire his resistance to taking teen movie roles and instead living poorly to make it into 'real' movies, which he has done admirably.

Orlando Bloom
5 feet 11 inches of pure, unadulterated beauty. He's perfect for anything...

EDIT: Can't believe I forgot Joaquin Phoenix! He's just brilliant.

Actresses:

Anna Paquin
I didnt really pay any attention to her until I saw her in Xmen, and then I really watched her acting skills. They're brilliant! She definitely deserved the oscar she got.

Alexis Bledel is definitely a great actress! Gilmore Girls is excellent all around. So underrated. Rory is an excellent character too, a normal, intelligent girl on television for once!

Seth Green is also great. Very funny! He's like a lot of people I went to high school with, but funnier!

Hm. My mind has blanked out. Oh, well. Gratuitous :swoon:s for Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale!:swoon:

Oh yeah, Farscape.. I've heard that was huge in the US. It was made here in Australia, yet it didn't get much of a run on free-to-air TV... they show it on cable sometimes. :)

Actors and Actresses.. picking those you like is so hard, and you're bound to leave out somebody! So, I'll just stick with the surety of Gillian Anderson, for now... I KNOW I like her! ;)

Hugh Jackman is good, don't mind him. Not a fan of Heath Ledger particularly though....

No offense Xaz, but I've noticed more and more often that all the shows made in Australia that come here, are very very very cheesy.

Great accents....

But still cheesy;)

Why is that? Do all aussies have an odd sense of humor, like you?
:p

Heh, you don't have to apologise for this one... I think a lot of Aussie shows are cheesy. It's cos none of them are our ideas... they're all copied off Britain or the US or whatever.:p ;)

Case in point, they're having a version of 'Idol' here now...

I don't have an odd sense of humour, I'm just generally odd. There's a small but significant difference. ;)

But its fun to be odd.
I duel with rubber haddocks and tin parrots!!
And I'm not blaming the bad shows on you Xaz, nothing personal my friend!:D

But i must say, the best movies ever created were british...yes you guessed it
