Help from the Mods

Can I put images into my signature? And if so, how?

Nope.

There's one of those fonts, WingDings or something like that, that has images as font, and you can use that, but you can't link to images. Says so somewhere in the Info Booth. :)

Okay, got ya.

I can't delete this thing for some reason, it say "You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons"

So could Amb or someone please get rid of it for me? Thanks ;)

I have a related question: Would it be possible to allow html functionality in sigs? So we can get glowing signatures?:D

Well okay then... Because I have no power we can just use this to ask small questions to the mods.

I like the way you think Lith, I'd love to be able to post an animated/regular image in my Sig... I know you can do it in similar forms of this message board.

just post the link using the img code......sure it doesnt show the image, but it does supply a link :) click on mine.....it is nice ;)

Well yeah, I did try that. But it seems really pointless for people to have to click on it. I want it to be there for everyone to see.

oh I hear ya, I would want to also...but hey sometimes forums dont want too many images, as they slow modem users down.....I dont have that problem (DSL) but I can understand the admin's decision :)

Images have been turned off in sigs (as you can tell;)). Personally, I don't like anything taller than about 50 pixels in a sig; I've seen some absolutely ridiculous ones on other pages, where there's a one line post and I have to page down to get to the next one. :rolleyes:

We're technically not supposed to link to anything outside the forums in our sigs, including pictures. But it is a very nice badger, Qster!

It's pretty much all explained in the Info Booth.;)

really? crap......well I was hoping for at least some way to express the house I liked....and I figured what is one line as a link versus one line of text....*shrugs* :)
