Ooh yay! A REAL class! Nice one KatieBell! :)

Xaz, sitting up the back next to Cedric, watches him lazily as he does pencil tricks with his wand. He then shifts his glance to StarGazr, who is looking at Cedric with that sweet yet intimidating smile on her face. Xaz raises his eyebrows at her and gives her a grin.

X: "Messing with Diggory eh? Plenty have tried, plenty have tried, my dear! How very Slytherin of you! Never give a sucker an even break, do you? Still, I suppose someone has to do it... and you are quite the beauty for a Slytherin, if I may say so."

Xaz gives StarGazr a wink, before inclining his head towards the front of the classroom where Professor Snape is noting the instructions for their first potion on the board. Taking the hint, StarGazr quickly turns around and starts hurriedly taking notes, Xaz fancying that he sees a slight blush adorn her cheeks before she turns around. He allows himself a mischievous smile, before sighing and picking up his own quill and taking notes, humming quietly to himself.
Beside him, Cedric just stares at the board for a while, until after a glance from Snape he reluctantly starts to make a few notes.

C: "Well, here we go again...."

HA! Katie, you're not gonna get an OWL in Potions.. this is REMEDIAL Potions!!!:p
*Star adds her ingredients and slowly stirs. She looks up at Snape who is busy grading papers then steals a glance at Xaz. She notices that he's busy learning to do pencil tricks with his wand from Cedric. Star turns back to her work unimpressed... and missing Colli. She needs someone to poison ;)*

doesnt matter to me.. but those to bozo's in the back *points at Xaz and Cedric who are shooting sparks from their twirling wands* are remedial to begin with ;)

*Katie still hangs low... then after a couple of minutes she raises her hand, in a very sweet, small voice she says:*
I think my potion is fiished professor.
Snape walks over and inspects Katies potion:
Yes, this will get an "Exeeds Expectations" at the least, bring it to my desk.
*Katie carefully measures out her potion into her flask and corks it then stalk to the Professor Desk and puts it down. Then she goes back to her desk and makes notes*

Cedric sticks his wand in his mouth for a second as he returns to four feet back on the ground, until now tottering on two of his chair legs, his feet still on the table. He begins to rustle in his bag and fishes out a small bottle of todays potion encloed in a glass bottle. He throws the bottle up into the air and grabs it in mid-drop, then slams it down onto the table. Snape's head jolts up at this, at which time Ced gestures to his bottle in a bored kinda way

I've got a question. How can we all be in the same class when we're all in different years? Throw that noodle on your head and scratch it.

I'm startin' to hate this place....

He tries to show Xaz how to spin his wand around his thumb by doing it himself, but Xaz's wand simply flies into the air, smacking the floor with a slap

*Star takes a cork out of her mouth and places it into the flask that's filled with her smoking potion. Star takes it to the professor with a sweet smile... then stalks to the back of the class with attitude written all over her."

OK boys, listen up! You are not going to ruin this class for me! I want an OWL in this class... and I won't have you... boys ruining it for me!

*Star stamps her foot in a tantrum and scares Xaz and Cedric gives her a bored look. She whips around to look at Cedric.*

You wait till Colli gets back! She'll show you what it's like to be a Slytherin!

*Star sweetly smiles at both of them then walks back to her seat to prepare for the next lesson*

The bell rings. Ced and the rest of the class quickly pack their things away and swing their bags onto their backs as they leave for the great hall and another evening feast

The next day at the exact same time Potions was beginning once more....

As always Snape sat at his desk, looking as if he were ready to tear someone(or anyone who approached him for that matter)into tiny peices.

Chiana was the first to grab a seat in the back of the dungeon. She plopped her bag onto the desk's hard wooden surface, then sitting down herself

Fleur rushes in and takes a seat at the back, clunking her cauldron and bag on the desk infront of her, she introduced herself to her fellow classmates and sat down next to Chiana

*Katie does her normal routine... gets out her ink, quill, flask, cauldron and parchment then folds her hands on her desk, ready for class and out of harms way (who knows what Star could be doing to the dopes in the back there)*
*Snape puts the instructions to their potion on the board and Katie gets right down to work... then a big thud comes from near the back of the class, making Katie spill most of her potion everwhere*
Katie: *scowls* Ced, you need to stop leaning so far on your chair like that!:mad:
Mutters under her breath: Do something about him, Star!

Ced returns to his chair as Xaz enters, his gestures hello to him and crawls back to the table next to Fleur

As soon as he sits down, he takes a look up at the board as Snape adds todays lesson to the board. Ced notes the name of the potion, reaches into his bag, and with a clinking of glass brings out a bottle of the assigned brew. He then slams it onto the table in front of him

It's these long times of doing nothing I treasure above all others...

C:Hullo Fleur!

F:Hi Chiana.

Chiana begins her potions, dropped in what is listed on the board. She sits back looking at the clock, it can only simmer for ten minutes. Her attention is struck by Xaz and Cedric sitting behind her, she turns about forgetting the clock

C:Cedric is it? Tell me, how is it you have the potion already brewed before every class?

She seemed rather interested in their ways of getting around work

You know what's wierd? Cedric always has his potions done before hand... how is he supposed to know what potion we are doing? I think he's cheating!
Look at him! He thinks he can get away with anything! That's OUTRAGEOUS!

Brings her finished potion to the front of the class and slaps it hardly down on Snapes desk furiously

Ced is busy with rolling his wand around his knuckles but looks right at Chiana, a serous look in his face

I have a lot of time on my hands.

He switches from that attitude and gives her a wide, toothy smile, and continues to concentrate on his twirling wand

Oh, by the way, in an off topic respect... You just gotta love these fast postin' threads :D

C:Well, the reason I asked is that I'm not a fan of work myself. This seems a trick of the trade I haven't seen yet. Willing to trade for your secret?

Ced leans more onto his table so he can talk to Chiana without being noticed by Snape

See, it's all about time management. I just look up the potions being studied at O.W.L. level and make 'em nights and weekends. That way, I can have the pleasure of not doing anything at all while the rest of the class slaves away. It's much more enjoyable then you might think.

He returns to his two legged position, puts his wand to his head, and moves it forward in a kind of mock-salute, smile still plastered on his face

she bites her lip and turns around looking at the class, done with all of her work she leans back into her chair. Taking out her parchment she writes a note to herself to head off to the library during lunch

Chiana hears katie ask Cedric where to find the books he spoke of. Answering for him, she turns to whisper to katie and Cedric

C:Go to the library, they have a whole section lined off for the upcoming OWLS for this year, they always do during the middle of the term. There must be one for each class. The only one to be unreliant is Trelawny's class.

Chiana glanced quickly at Cedric, waiting to see if he agreed with her

C:Well, actually, divination is quite easy when you just guess. It's an easy OWL if you ask me, I've died at least eight times in the past three years. I've gotten top grades, I mean, even Crabbe and Goyle have aced herclass.

But as long as its easy right?

Cedric nodded in agreement. chiana waited until katie was back in her seat out of ears reach for what she was about to say

C:You've given me vital information, worthy of the twins, though....they probably already know about it. But still, I promised to trade with you.

It's times like this when it can be irritating to be on the other side of the world.. look at all the stuff I missed! D'oh!

Xaz carefully adds a few ingredients to his potion, as it bubbles and hisses. There is a loud POP from his cauldron and StarGazr turns around from her cauldron to glare at him. He sticks his tongue out at her and leans over to Cedric.

X: "I don't know WHY she's so worried about us... she's in Slytherin, she could blow a hole in the wall, turn us all a frightful shade of pink and still get a good mark for her potion from Snape!"

Xaz scowls at the Slytherins and, tongue out for concentration, carefully adds a few drops of an inky substance to his cauldron, the contents of which now seem to have the consistency and colour of custard. He dips a finger in, licks it and grins.

X: "Mmm, custardy!"

Chiana: "Hey, Xaz, why don't you just do what Cedric does, research the potions and then make them up on nights and weekends? Seems like a good plan!"

X: "Yeah, well, maybe... I prefer to do other things on my nights and weekends though, fun things..."

Xaz gives Chiana a mischievous wink.

X: "Besides, this stuff isn't too hard.. add a bit of this, drop of that, you have a potion!"

Xaz adds some kind of powder to his cauldron which turns a menacing red and starts to shake rather worryingly, causing a few nervous looks to be thrown in his direction. Xaz looks at his cauldron, scratching his chin.

X: "Hmm, well, it certainly shouldn't have done that.. I wonder why it.. oh, maybe if..."

Xaz bends down to peer at his notes, just in time for something flying full pelt out of his cauldron to narrowly miss his head. He looks up and grins.

X: "Oh, of course! I forgot the other cup of self raising flour!"

Xaz gives StarGazr a grin.

X: "Well, no... I don't suppose there was self-raising flour to begin with: can't say as I paid that much attention, really. I just thought I'd make my own little variation on the potion for kicks... besides, it's nearly lunch time and I was hungry!"

StarGazr peers past Xaz to look inside his cauldron, which is now full of a dark purple liquid and boiling intermittedly. She gives him a slightly worried look.

S: "You're... planning to eat that?"

X: "No way! What am I, stupid? I used it to boil my egg!"

Xaz grins and uses a spoon to fish out his now hard-boiled egg, which he places neatly on a plate.

S: "But.. that doesn't explain the self-raising flour! You haven't got a cake or something in there, have you?"

X: "Oh no, you don't boil a cake. Gosh, I thought you were good at Potions, dear!"

Xaz winks at her and is greeted with a scowl.

X: "Okay, okay... we made bread earlier, too. Is it ready yet, Ced?"

StarGazr glances over to Cedric, who is looking at her suspiciously, holding his wand tightly in his hand. On the desk in front of him is a loaf of bread, which he is cutting into slices using short sharp beams of light from his wand.

C: "Yep, pretty much done: easy enough once I managed to retrieve my wand, hmph!"

Cedric gives StarGazr a glare. She sticks her tongue out at him and turns back to Xaz.

S: "Fascinating use of Potion facilities, I must say... don't think it'll get you an OWL though. Yknow, if you like, I could help you make the potion correctly..."

StarGazr bats her eyelashes at Xaz, bringing a scandalous gasp from the direction of KatieBell and a considering, thoughful look from Xaz followed by a small grin.

X: "Nice of you to offer, definitely: almost TOO nice coming from a Slytherin! Still...."

Xaz reaches over and takes the piece of bread Cedric is holding out to him, whereupon he starts munching on it and winks at StarGazr.

X(munching): "...maybe after lunch, hey?"

C: my, awfully nice of a Slytherin, to offer help on your potions work. after class and all, seems like Star is turning over a new leaf for slytherin.

Xaz looks at his classmate with a bemused face, he continued to munch on his peice of bread. She continued to look at him her chin pointing to the ceiling, she put her legs on the desk top. Still balancing on two chair legs

X: Is it that Im soo interesting to look at, or you want something?

he grinned smartly, showing his white teeth

C: Actually, I'd like a peice of that bread.

She waited, smiling, glancing at the loaf of bread Cedric was cutting up. Xaz signed and turned to get her a slice.

X:there you go, anything else while your hanging there?

Chiana thought about it, then shook her head. In a jiff she was back on four legs, talking to Fleur. Xaz looked over at Cedric, who just shrugged

X: Now wait a second.....wheres my egg...

he lifted his bag, searching for his precious. Suddenly he saw it floating above Chiana's head, her wand fixed on it.

X:Hey!
he hissed, wiping his wand out. Though his action was in vain, without warning the egg soared across the dungeon and smacked Snape right in the forehead. Yellow and clear goo oozed down his face, his face red with anger. Xaz waited for the egg to start frying. Snape rose to his feet

S:Who is responsible for this?!

he bellowed angrilly, everyone looked at one another.

C: professor?

Snape turned around and faced Chiana, he waited for her to speak.

C: eggulous cleanaro!

as she spoke the messy egg was suclked into her wand, she smiled at snape. Xaz waited for her to say it was him, his shoulders tensed

S:Well ms. Weasley?! Are you responsible for this?!

Chiana shook her head innocently, she pointed behind her, directly at Xaz

C: Peeves.

Snape yelled Peeve's name angrilly and ran from the room. Xaz let out a sigh of relief

Ced: What'd you do that for?! Getting poor Xaz all in a fix like that?!

X: Yeah Chiana!

C: Well? As Cedric put it so nicely before, 'It's these long times of doing nothing I treasure above all others...'

she raised her eyebrows like Charlie Chaplin,grinning from ear to ear

Ced: Wait a minute! Aren't you the girl who started the prank war with Dean Thomas?! And the twins last months?! Better watch out for this one Xaz...

C:I am. I must live up to the family name you know. Noone has beaten me so far, Fred got fairly close, but...that was before I stuck his bed to the greenhouse roof. Poor loaf, had to sleep on the floor for a week, till he gave up and i brought it back down.

BF slips in quietly, sets her own bottle of today's potion on Snape's desk, and pulls Ced's chair out from under him.

In the resulting commotion, BF slips into her seat unnoticed.

Xaz gives StarGazr a bemused look as Cedric gets back up onto his chair, looking very disgruntled.

X: "He's not going to take that for much longer, yknow... you're really asking for it!"

S(looking aside at Cedric): "Ha! I think I can handle HIM!"

Xaz raises his eyebrows at her.

X: "My, you're a confident one, aren't you?"

StarGazr smiles at him sweetly. Xaz smiles back at her, before his gaze is drawn to Chiana who is looking at both StarGazr and him consideringly. He narrows his eyes at her a little nervously, before showing a small smile.

X: "Quite the prankster, aren't you Miss Weasley? Better be careful who you mess with.. I may not be a Weasley, but that doesn't mean I'm not cunning!"

Chiana(grinning): "Ah, you said it though Xaz.. you're not a Weasley. You think I'm a prankster already, but I've only just begun!"

At this moment, Professor Snape walks back into the room and gives Chiana a very suspicious look, forcing her to turn around and face the front of the class again. Snape shifts the look towards Xaz, who gives him a mock salute, and then StarGazr, who gives him a sweet smile. After a scowl at Xaz, he turns around and returns to the front of the class, who are all looking at him, some in concern, some in amusement.

Snape(looking very angry): "What are you all looking at? Continue with your Potions! NOW!"

Snape turns around to face the class, his face a mask of utter fury.

Snape: "Who DARES to defy me? When I find out who did this, there will be a month's worth of detention at the very least!!"

At the mention of a month's worth of detention under the eye of Professor Snape, a number of hands shoot up amongst the girls at the front claiming to confess to the deed, blushing and hoping to be picked as the guilty party, Colli waving her hand the most frantically of all. There is a couple of stifled giggles from the back row, and Snape glares daggers at them, sweeping his eyes along the class before fixing them on Malfoy.

Snape: "Malfoy.. who did it?"

Malfoy: "Professor Snape sir, it was B..er.."

Draco catches Chiana's eye, who is shaking her head at him warningly, fingering her wand, reminding him of the events in Transfiguration class. He goes pale, and gulps.

Malfoy: "I.. don't know, sir.. I was making my potion, I didn't see..."

Snape looks at him, his face a mixture of frustration and anger.

Snape(hissing): "Very well."

He turns to address the class again.

Snape: "Know this: you may have gotten away with it this time, but I am watching you all, and the SLIGHTEST mistake from ANY of you will be dealt with MOST SEVERELY! CONTINUE THE CLASS!"

Snape swoops back around to the board, eyeing the students all very suspiciously. Xaz hides a smile and pretends to work hard on his potion.

X(whispering): "Who would have thought it? Pink! I figured him for a polka dot kind of guy."

She looked about at the others, then turned her eyes back to snape who sat grumpily at his desk.

C: Oy! Whats she doing here?! Chiana whispered to the others

U: Good afternoon professor Snape.

S: Umbridge he mumbled

U:tut tut professor she wagged her finger at him You are to call me Headmaster Umbridge, please do not show a bad example for the students she motioned towards the class

Chiana cupped her hand over her mouth, feinting a coughing attack.

SG: "Hem, hem... where is the bread?"

*The girls giggle and they all earn a glare from Umbridge... but StarG goes right on eating her Xaz-Bread*

Umbridge: "Excuse me? But what is your name young lady?"

SG: "Star... of Slytherin House."

Umbridge: "You will address me as Headmistress."

*Ced chokes on a cough and Chiana snickers*

SG: "Right.... Headmistress"

*Umbridge turns back to observing Snape and StarG mumbles something obscene then lays her head back down*

SG: "I want more bread, Xaz"

BF-maybe a fly or even better a beetle!
Ced- A beetle? what would that do she already looks like one
C- we could lock her in a room with peeves the place an unbreakable spell on the door?

StarG- No, that won't work I mean what could he do about it? She's banned him from ever coming to Hogwarts ever again or at least as long as she is working here
Xaz- But what if we catch her off of Hogwarts ground
C-Xaz no we're gonna get rid of her the oldfashioned way...
K- what way is that? and how do we know it will get rid of her?

Umbridge- And who would you be trying to get rid of?
Stel- An owl Ma'am, you see she's been bothering our owls and we'd rather be able to send our letters without having to worry
Umbridge- I see, go on I agree with you not having to worry about sending letters

*Umbridge turns away and walks up to another part of the class*

K- like I asked what way would that be? and how can she say that we worry about it no matter what! She's always checking it before it can leave to castle and even if this way works what about until it works?
C- well pranks would be the best way but I have a bad feeling about her and finding out who was behind them...so I think its time we try to get the whole school involved and until then we act innocent! each person get your house ready for the fight of their lives
Stel- but what about Malfoy? Did you know his mail never gets checked? and that he can take points off I mean we can' get on his bad side
K- leave that to me...

BF pulls out a small bottle of hair bleach.

"-and there's the Transfiguration incident. Malfoy will keep his mouth shut."

She smirks, turns the page in her PTerry book, and kicks back, feet on table, humming 'Original Prankster'

"Hem, hem. Miss BloodFire?"

BF turns another page, giggles, and goes on ignoring Umbridge. Snape smirks coldly behind the Headmaster.

"'Crime, crime'"

"Hem, HEM!"

BF looks up as Umbridge snatches her book and slams it loudly on the desk

"Hey! You lost my place!" :mad:

Stel crawls under her desk. Star moves farther away from her big sister. The other students follow their example, Malfoy pulling out his wand in case BF needs to be restrained

Snape takes one step back.

StarG leans in next to Star and asks, under her breathe, "What's going on?"

"She messed with BF's books. You don't, repeat, don't mess with BF's books. They are her sancto sanctorum, the one thing she holds sacred. Losing BF's place is almost blasphemy..."

"Oooh."

"I was speaking to you. So impolite."

"Really? I thought I heard a fly in the background. That was you, then?"

The room goes suddenly, violently, silent. Snape and the other students edge away from Ground Zero. Stel crawls further under her desk.

Umbridge advances on the seated BF. She drops her sugary sweet tone. Her eyes glint.

"What was that?"

"Oh, there's the fly again! Trying to speak, FLY?"

"DETENTION! TWO MONTH'S DETENTION!"

"Okay dokey."

BF grins at Umbridge with the self satisfied attitude of a sure victory. Umbridge glares, then stalks out of the classroom.

Everyone stares at BF, lounging idly in her seat, grinning.

Finally Snape stalks back up to the front of the classroom, yelling at Neville for having a perfect potion.

"BF, what're you going to about the two monthes of detention?"

Xaz asks

"I'm gonna skip 'em."

C: Well, she's given everybody detention at least once. I mean, she's given Neville one because he got his foot caught in that trick step! She loony she is.

Umbridge sat watching them from the corner of the room, Snape was back to work at his desk, his nose delving through papers. Xaz sat lazily on his chair, eating another egg. Cedric sat twirling his wand on his shoe's toe, humming to himself. katie,Star and BF sat talking about what evil things they could do to Umbridge. Chiana sat talking to Xaz and Cedric, who she just assumed were listening

k: Maybe we could curse her, something really good, such as making her go bald?

BF: Nah, she'd magick something worse on top of that thick skull of hers.

SD: What about a boggart, find out what she's really terrified of

Ced: Well thats obvious, shes terrified of dumbledore. Why else would she sack him and banish him from the grounds?

They all sat in thought

C: That little toad...she grumbled, her gaze set on Malfoy sucking up to Umbridge bloody little git, obviously his lesson didn't sink in quite well

ced leaned over his desk and whispered to Malfoy in a nasty tone

Ced: hey malfoy, how'd you do all your classwork, with your lips stuck to Umbridge's arse?!

everyone laughed at this

C:thats a good question that one is

k: ugh...we have to get dumbledore back

BF: Well if we tried we'd be expelled, and you saw what she's done to students with that quill of hers

Xaz: Thats just a scare tactic

k: well it bloody well works

SD: shh....everyone turned to Star to see what she was hushing them about. Malfoy was pointing in their direction, a smile was spreading across her toad like face. She began to cross the room

C: that slimy little- Chiana began to pull her wand from her robes, katie caught her hand and shook her head

Umbridge approached them, her hand behind her back, her chin up, and an odd smile on her face. She stopped right where they sat, all sitting near each other

U: Mr. Malfoy has informed me that some of you have been causing trouble, not only in this class but in others. I'm afraid that if I hear another report such as the last, I will have to severly punish you...

she turned to chiana

U: you above the rest, young lady...turning mr. Malfoy into a squirrel on school grounds *tsk tsk* during class hours, causing a ruckus with racing goblets.

C: Dumbledore would have found the goblet race amusing she grumbled under her breath, sadly Umbridge caught her words. Her face tightened and her smile reduced to a thin line, tiny spots of red turned up on her cheeks

Xaz: now she's done it

Cedric nodded, his attention on the two before him

U: Young lady, I will kindly ask you to not say that name in my presence or any other time. Do you understand me?
though her tone was ordering more than asking

C: oh Im sorry....
she began to say in an apologetic tone, Umbridge straightened up and smiled
...Im sorry your conscience weighs so heavily on you, I mean the sound of the rightful headmaster'sname and you twitch. hmmm....

U:young lady I warn you!!!

katie bite her lip, watching Chiana and Umbridge. Chiana had gone too far

C:why are you shouting head master?

U: How dare you take such a tone with me girl!

now they had drawn the rest of the classes attention, including that of Snape. Who looked up from his papers

C:How dare you forbid us to speak dumbledore's name!!! He shouldn't of been banned from the castle, you should have!!!You come here, with the ministry backing you!!! First off you treat students poorly, then you take things from us, then worst of all, you take the only person who can protect us!!! Like Harry said, your just helping to cover that Voldemort has returned!!! And the dumb git of a fly that you are, you forbid him from the castle!!!His castle!!!His rightful position as headmaster!!! You wonder why everyone miss behaves so? Well I'll tell you headmaster!!!You dont belong here, you dont belong in the wizarding world, you give wizardsa bad name!!!I hope when dumbledore comes back AND he WILL be, that you are banished to the muggle world!!!Even they shouldn't have to put up with you!!!You are NOT the headmaster, nor will you ever be. everyone sat looking shocked, with the exception of Xaz who was still eating his egg looking amused. Snape had a look of shcok and disbelief on his face, or maybe she had said what he wanted to. Chiana now stood facing Umbridge, her face red from her outburst. Umbridge, couldn't seem to find words for a moment. katie's mouth sat hanging wide open, BF looked highly impressed, Cedric was looking at Xaz in shock

U: You'll hang in the dungeons for this!!!!she sputtered

C: I dont care!!!No matter how many students you punish and hang in the dungeons, he's still going to come back and kick your sorry arse out!!!

k: shut up,shut up...

Xaz: alittle late now

U: Crabbe!!Goyle!! they both stumbled over to her, looking over her by a few inches or so Take this girl to Filch, I dont want to see her! they happily oblidged, grabbed Chiana about the arms. without a bit of effort, they lifted her from the ground and began to carry her out

k:No!

Umbridge wasn't listening, she raised her wand a yelled

U: EXO SNORUS!

Chiana who was struggling with great effort could no longer produce sound, she stopped in mid kick for a moment, then began to struggle even more

U: anyone else have anything to say?!

her hair was slightly out of place, her cheeks flushed. She looked around the room, then nodded curtly and turned her heel.

S:Good day headmaster Umbridge! he chimed as she left the dungeon

Umbridge spins on her heels, wand out, snarling
now. Crabbe and Goyle keep going.

"EXO SNORUS."

BF just smirks. She doesn't need words to get her
point across. She's a Slytherin, after all.

She stalks over to Malfoy, who cowers and jibbers as
the seventh year towers over him, and kicks him in the
stomach. As he folds up, BF applies a stiff upper cut. Malfoy jerks back and BF nails him in the groin.

Umbridge points her wand at BF. Thin, snake-like ropes burst out and "PROTEGO!"

The ropes spring back at Umbridge. Stel, Star, StarG, and Ced lower their wands. Umbridge crashes to the ground. BF leaps over her fat carcass and takes off after Malfoy's goons.

Crabbe glances over his shoulder and BF speeds up, head low, like a bull charging

"Hurry! Here she comes!"

"Wha?"

"Move!"

BF dives forward, catching an unsuspecting Goyle around the knees. He releases his grip on Chiana and topples over, grabbing BF's hair.

Chiana turns and knees Crabbe, who wheezes in suprize before falling.

BF pulls out of Goyle's deathgrip on her hair, grabs Chiana's hand, and takes off, pulling Chiana along.

Peeves watches them go, cackling silently to himself.

Sooooo. Where are we going? And why is it when Umbridge is mention, posts get longer? General hatred and homicidal urges amongst the MI residents? Loathing of such a slimy personality?

Xaz, leaning back idly in his chair, watches the goings on with great amusement, peering down the passageway after the departing Chiana and BloodFire.

X: "Well, they certainly know how to make a lunch interesting! I think I'll have to start eating all my meals here!"

Xaz glances at the top of the desk with a scowl, before looking pointedly at StarGazr.

X: "That is, if SOMEONE doesn't eat all my lunch before I get around to eating it myself!"

StarGazr looks up from the struggling form of Umbridge on the floor to give him a quick grin. A large proportion of the class is standing around Umbridge, debating what exactly to do with her, while she screams at them to let her up, promising they will pay for this insubordination. Towards the back of the class, Malfoy is quietly crawling out the door trying to escape while everyone's attention is on Umbridge. Well, nearly everyone's...

X (turning around to peer out the door): "Hey Malfoy, I hope you're not skipping class.. I don't think the lesson is over yet. Whaddya reckon Ced? Still a little while to go on my watch!"

Ced (with a smile): "Why yes, I do believe you're right Xaz! Class is not due to finish yet: well done on picking that up!"

Draco turns slowly and looks back into the classroom, his face very pale. The majority of the class standing round Umbridge give him very toothy smiles and beckon him back into the class. He turns to one side to give Xaz a very unappreciative look, causing a bemused Xaz to give him an apologetic shrug.

X: "Sorry, mate... I didn't think anyone would want to miss out on a riveting class such as this one, especially one taught by your very own House head! Besides, look at them (gesturing to the class)... they'd miss you if you left!"

Xaz grins mischievously at Malfoy and winks. Stel and Star move away from Umbridge to peer out the door, in the direction that Chiana and BloodFire departed, now followed by Crabbe and Goyle who have regained their feet and are looking quite grumpy. Listening out the door, a phrase floats through the door that sounds like nothing so much as "Goyle smash!", causing no small amount of giggles.

Star: "Dyou think we should follow them? They may need our help!"

Stel: "Hmm, maybe.. but those two are pretty thick, I think they can evade them! Filch might be a problem though..."

StarG: "Well, what about Miss Headmistress here? We need to do something about her."

Snape swoops over and looks down at the Headmistress, his expression undecipherable.

Snape: "You will do nothing to her, you foolish rebellious children .. I will handle this!"

The class looks at Snape eagerly to see what he will do.....

StarG: "Umm, well... my cauldron is up here... sir."

*Snape gives her a curious look, then nods and goes back to the spacy looking Umbridge. StarG continues to gather up her equipment slowly, listening in...*

Chiana and BF ran through the corridors, and up the winding staircase. Crabbe and goyle were not far behind, they yelled obscenities towards them. Obvious they werent too happy about the low blows. They stopped around a corner, hiding behind two seats of armour

C: think we lost them?

BF: not...sure... they were both out of breath

they waited queitly, listening to the two trolls fading footsteps

C: you should have left me go BF, now we're both going to hanging in filch's office

BF just shrugged, stepping out cautiously from her hiding spot

BF: Well, you needed help, I wanted to curse Umbridge anyway. Besides we'll keep each other company

Cr: There they are!!!!!he bellowed down the corridor, quickly they began to run towards them

C: Run for it....how...are they......keeping up.....with...us?!
Chiana gasped as she ran beside BF down the hall

BF: who.....knows!

they ran back the way they had come, sprinting down the stairs and about the corner

BF skids around a corner, Chiana in tow, and bends over, clutching her side.

Running footsteps going past tell her that Filch and Malfoy's lackeys haven't spotted them yet.

She looks over at Chiana. They're both exhausted.

"We need some where to hide."

"Where? The teachers may be sympathetic, but they can't hide us from Umbridge!"

"Yeah. And we'll never make to the Room of Requirement."

BF takes a long look around her. Off to one side is the statue that hides Dumbledore's office.

She smirks.

"Where's the one place in Hogwarts Umbridge can't go?"

"I don't know. The guy's restroom?"

"True, but what I was thinking of. Dumbledore's office."

"What, you think we can get in? Talk to me when your brain get back from vaction, BF."

"Come on, it's at least worth a try! Besides, I know the password."

"Weeelll, okay."

BF, still clutching the stitch in her side, goes over the statue. Chiana follows along in morbid curisoity.

"Fizzing Whizzbees."

Nothing happens. Chiana turns to go. Then they hear it. The statue is slowly moving aside. BF punches the air triumphantly and walks in, remembering to grab Chiana.

Up they go, the statue closing behind them, up the moving spiral staircase.

BF pauses before turning the knob on the final door.

"What're you waiting for?"

"My first time up here. I don't know what's going to happen."

"Just open the door. I want to sit and rest."

BF gives the door a gentle shove. It swings open. She and Chiana walk in, BF shutting the door and locking it manually.

She slumps against the door, and slides down it 'til she's sitting on the floor. Chiana makes herself comfy in the Headmaster's chair.

"Fred and George would so proud, Chiana."

"I wander if I could owl them from here?"

Stel- And how will you do that? *gestures at the others who have their wands drawn* The students barely listen to you if at all...and the teachers despise you just look at them. They can hear you and see us but they still don't do anything about it

Umbridge(still screaming)- the minister will object!! You foolish children!! You will pay!!!!

StarG- The minister? and why should we be afraid of him?*looks around* He will never find you where we plan to take you...

k:Oh, give it a rest will you! katie kicked Umbridge in the bottom homnestly, you'd think we were going to murder you or something!

C: So what are we going to do with her?
Chiana bends down to meet Umbridge eye to eye, in a baby talk she coes hewo prowfessor Umbridge! she straightened up with a smile

Ced:We're just about to go put her somewhere

sheeesh you guys are set on killing him aren't you? I mean he does one bad thing and you start thinking up ways to kill him we weren't this bad when it was Umbridge so why start with Malfoy?

Any way why not send him over to Lupin..and just let him deal with it?

Katie raises her wand level with Umbridges heart...

K: OK, Professor, get ready to answer some questions... we're going to keep you bound there until we get some answers... no matter how long it takes, even if BF here, who I do believe is excellent at brewing potions, has to brew some Veritaserum for you to spill, which takes... a month, I do believe. Well, you know what we're up to... a gag doesn't effect your hearing, BF, take off the gag, and if you make a fuss when we un-gag you, I will hex you, which will only make things harder for us and yourself... If hexes don't stop her, stun her, I know how to get her un-stunned.

BF nods and takes the gag away, Umbridge doesn't do anything...

K: Now, we'll start with a simple question, I want a clear view of what happened in our dear Headmasters Office when you made to arrest him... Marietta won't help and I'm not 'friends enough' for Harry to give me big information...

U In a cold, hoarse voice: He's not your Headmaster... he's a lying outcast.

BF: Do you dare talk about Dumbledore like that when we're armed and you're not...if he's not the Headmaster, we have none, you aren't half as good as Dumbledore ever was at Hogwarts... and that's saying something.

K: Remember, we can be here as long as it takes, we'll wait until a certain amount of time has past before BF decides to brew her potion, so you'll talk anyway... but to ask decent questions, I need to know this one little thing that you find so hard to understand, let alone answer... you'll notice in a while how much the ropes hurt... if you fight them, they get tighter... so if you want your circulation, start talking!

At that, BF pockets Umbridges already taken wand and draws her own and points at Umbridges Heart as well...

C: Harry, we think we could use your help right about now.

She lead them into the room as she spoke, their faces showed more then alittle does of surprise

H: How did you....:eek:

Hrm: You're going to be caught!

R: Wicked!

C: Have we gotten anything out of her?

BF shook her head, exchanging glances with Katie

Star: Not quite yet

Umbridge exploded, still tightly bound

U: You nasty little rodents! When I get out of here, you will all be expelled, and no better off then Rubeus Hagrid!!!You release me this instant!

BF: NOT until you tell us what you know.

Harry, Hermione, and Ron had stepped up with the others, their faces tight with hate, wands ready

Hrm: I'd much rather be with Hagrid, then stuck in this castle being shoved around by you, you vile woman! And I'd be much safer!

U: And thats very well where you'll end up missy! Expelled!!!

C: Well Fred and George had the right idea. I'd rather be expelled helping stop Voldemort, then here with the likes of you!

BF steps up closer to Umbridge, effectively cutting her triade off. BF's face is tight with anger and her jaw trembles

"Ya know... I've read about some of the things Muggles do to get information out of spys... I'd love to try some of them on you, but I'm kind of clumsy, so I'd repeat them fairly often until I get them right... "

She leans in close and hisses

"Unlike my friends there, I am a Slytherin and I will resort to physical violence... if I have to."

Umbridge glares at her, but it's weak

"Savvy, Umbridge?"

BF spins and leaves

"I'm going to get those ingredients."

C: I won't let her resort to violence. she notes the look of relief on Umbridges pug like face Oh no no no, not because I care about your well being. But BF is better then resorting to things like that. Things that you do, for example......Accio Evil Quill!!!

the ominous black quill flies into the chamber and into Chiana's hand, she clutched it tightly in her fist. Then handed it to Harry

C: Here Harry

Star: Right, if anyone deserves to destroy that foul thing, it's you.

K: Down with corporal punishment!!!

Harry holds up the quill, then hesitates...

Harry: No.

Star: Harry? What do you mean? She deserves it, she's been bullying you around, and letting other people do so too, just take a look at the back of your hand.

Harry: You can ask her what you want, then blackmail her, I'll just get arrested if I do anything to hurt Umbridge.

Harry throws the quill out the window and steps back, folding his arms and leaning against the wall. Katie, who has been very nervous thinking of what could happen if he hurt Umbridge looks relieved...

Katie: Good choice, Harry. I'll stay on guard here, we need to wait a while, I'm tired. Harry, Hermione, Ron, you should go back up to the Gryffindor Tower, so no one suspects you...

Hermione all the sudden yells at Katie, making everyone jump, for Hermione has been quite quiet.

Hermione: NO, KATIE! We want to help you guys, we're used to doing stuff like this, you aren't.

Katie: What is that supposed to mean?

Hermione smirks

Hermione: Everyone can see your cowardice for miles

Katie: I feel more up to this, since our one source of trouble is right here, bound by ropes on the floor!

Hermione: Prove it then.

Katie: Fine then! Stay here!

Hermione: Thank you, Katie, are you staying too, Ron and Harry?

Hermione glares at the two.

Harry: I'm staying.

Ron: Fine, then...

Bloodfire walks back in...

BloodFire: OK, I guess I'll sleep where the potion is, I've got the ingredients and now I need to wait a couple of weeks for the full moon to come, by then it should be half done, than after that, I'll need to wait a week and it'll be reeady for her.

K: Excellent, OK, let's get down to business.
