Quickly, before this thread gets merged....
Of course the Dementors suck! It's their job!;)
Actually, I thought they were done pretty well. It was impossible to not make them look like Ringwraiths at this point in time, so they just had to make something reasonably scary. They're better than the ones in my mind. The ones I imagined when reading the books looked like regular grim reapers, but with one hand that looked surprisingly like Anakin's at the end of AOTC. Only grosser. I suppose they could have been done more originally, especially in the movements, but perhaps the budget didn't really allow for it (since they had to do a really good job on Buckbeak, Padfoot, and the werewolf already), and what they did accomplish works for me.
