Actor John Hurt, who played Mr. Ollivander in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, was made a CBE by the Queen at Buckingham Palace on Thursday, Dec 9, saying it was a "very high compliment".
Mr. Hurt got the honour for services to drama.
