Requirements:
*You must be 18 years of age
*You must currently be an active member of the community
*You must have been a member long enough, and posted enough, that we have had time to get to know and trust you.
*You must continue to be an active member of the community
*Regular computer access
*Ability to work as a member of a team

Duties:
*Remain an active/participating poster as a moderator, particularly in the forum(s) that you are assigned to.
* Check in Chambers several times a week.
* Read the announcements at the top of the forums, and the threads in the Site Announcements forum regularly.
* Be familiar with board functions so you can answer technical questions about board usage.
* Care enough about the forum to which you are assigned to make it a priority.
* Maintaining your forum will mean visiting regurlarly (preferably daily) to read all posts made in your assigned forum, or as many as possible in the large forums.
* Nurturing your forum is harder to define, but probably more important. It is important that you access what your forum needs to make it more useful, interesting and fun.
* You MUST keep documentation in chambers.


Even if it looks to you as though a forum has moderator coverage, apply anyway. We may want more moderators for that forum than we already have. We may want to move a moderator to a different forum, or a moderator may want to retire from a forum.
