Rumours that a Harry Potter themed restaurant is going to be opened are untrue, according to sources.
It's been reported that an American businessman was launching seven new restaurants and that one of them would have a Potter theme.
It was also reported that he'd spent hours on the phone with JK Rowling discussing the idea.
But a spokesperson for Warner Bros told CBBC Newsround that neither they, nor JK, had given permission of any kind.
And a representative for JK also told CBBC Newsround that there was no truth in the reports that the author had been discussing the concept with the businessman.
