Anyone else see this movie? I know it was a fairly limited release, but (miraculously) I managed to see it in theatres three times. :D Aye, I liked it that much. ;) It was just a really cute story and made me want to read the book that its based on. Not to mention the fact that I adore Miyazaki movies in general. :)

Hehe, I know this is a bit late, but I didn't even know which movie this was when it was first posted! :D It's only just been released here this month, looks pretty good from what I can tell, I'm definitely going to try and go see it!!! :)

It's a pretty good movie.:D A little confusing at times (not just because I missed the first ten minutes either), but a visual feast to be sure. What is it with Miyazaki and his flying machines? They're in almost all his movies.;)

Swifty, read the book! It's good! I actually like it twice as much as the movie, though I'd recommend seeing the movie first (which is opposite what i usually recommend). I want to buy it on video as soon as it comes out, but I've already sworn to myself to buy Batman Begins and Final Fantasy: Advent Children first, which will probably soak up my movie budget.

(Yeah, I'm plugging Advent Children again. What can I say? It looks like just the awesomest thing I've EVER seen. Period.:p)

Oh, I've been planning to read the book, just haven't had the time. I'm even borrowing it from a friend.....but school comes first, sadly. :p
