As in the LOTR trilogy, many actors got a big boost to their careers because of their skill and exposure in the films. A few seem to have dropped off, but many keep working. Once the HP films are done, it will be interesting to see whose careers can transcend the "childhood" stardom, and whether they can take on roles that are more mainstream.
I certainly see Daniel Radcliffe doing more, as he has already.
Rupert Grint I think will struggle. He's basically a comic sidekick.
Emma Watson is certainly pretty enough to do other roles; I still question her one-note acting, but she has improved somewhat. Her character really comes into her own in HP7, so it will be interesting to see how she handles that.
The older actors are mostly established, but people also mentioned:
Matthew Lewis (Neville)
Tom Felton (Draco)
James and Oliver Phelps (as F & G)
Evanna Lynch (Luna)
Bonnie Wright (Ginny)
