...a 1-Disk and 2-Disk Special Edition, as well with fullscreen and widescreen for the film will be released on a Blu-ray Disc and DVD 7 December 2009 in the United Kingdom,[91] and 8 December 2009 in the United States.[92]

There's also going to be new releases of each of the movies withe even more special featrues.

This is definitely one to add to the collection. I would be interested to see if they do some sneak peaks about Deathly Hallows Pt. 1 & 2 on it. I've seen a LOT of pictures from the filming of Deathly Hallows, and it certainly looks good.

Just received the new Blu-Ray (our first) of HBP. It has some snippets and sneak peaks that I shall share later once I can actually sit down and watch the whole disk set. The new Blu-Ray player is interesting, it definitely even helps some DVD formats. Can't wait to see what they've done with this, and whether it gives you a more theatrical experience than other earlier formats.
